Every DianDian event is a small group of 4–6 people, and everyone's there to make new friends. So relax and just be yourself. Each event opens with icebreakers, so there's always something to talk about.

We group you with people from similar backgrounds, based on your profile. 24 hours before the event, you'll see what everyone does for work and what they enjoy.

Anyone 19 or older.

We only hold events at licensed restaurants and cafés, or open parks that meet our standards. If anyone makes you uncomfortable, you can report or block them from the event page. We'll look into it as soon as we can and suspend their account if needed.

No. We help Asians enjoy more of their own city and meet people they get along with. Over time, those first meetings can grow into deep, lasting friendships.

Of course! Send your friend the invite link from the event page. Once they book the same event, we'll do our best to put you in the same group.

Yes. You can have up to 3 upcoming events booked at a time. Once one starts, you can book another.

Cancel or reschedule anytime before it starts. If you paid for a single event, cancel at least 36 hours before the start for a full refund. After that, there's no refund.

No. It's only an organizing fee. You pay the venue directly for food, drinks and anything else you order.

Any event that lets you pick “Book with your subscription”. Regular and special events work the same way.

Yes. It renews automatically every month, 3 months or 12 months, depending on your plan. Cancel anytime before the renewal date, at no charge. Payments are handled by Stripe, with Apple Pay or a credit card.

Tap “Manage subscription” on the subscription page or in Profile. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel. If you've switched plans and the new one hasn't started yet, tap “Cancel renewal” instead.

Nothing changes until your current period ends, so you can keep booking. After that, it won't renew. If you cancel within 7 days of a payment and haven't booked with your subscription in that period, we'll refund that payment in full. On a 3- or 12-month plan that has renewed, you can also email us to end it right away. We'll refund the days you haven't used. Otherwise, the current period isn't refunded.

You can't pause, but you can switch plans. Pick a new plan on the subscription page and tap “Update subscription”. Your current period runs as usual. The new plan starts with your next payment.

You can enter it when you sign up, book a single event or subscribe. Tap “Apply” to see the discounted price. An invite code only applies to your first payment. Each account can use one, and it can't be changed later.
